Having a night out while in Chisinau isn't hard. You can head to this place called Soho - sounds familiar? :), a disco on Negruzzi street. I went there cause I heard it was the best in town. I wasn't disappointed. I went back another time and I bumped into a gay's night. Not bad... Nothing less than a good club in London or NY. Try it out. Prices are very good too.
